Birth can be intense, beautiful, and overwhelming all at once. My role is to be more than informational or physical support but a calm, reassuring presence, coming alongside your family so you can welcome your baby with load-relieving support, calm, and confidence in every moment. Whether you’re planning a home birth or hospital delivery, my heart is fully in this work - to help create, steward, and protect your birth goals while offering steady clarity and peace as you bring your baby into the world.
This is sacred work to me. It’s a gift to care for mothers and families in such a delicate time.
Doula Package
Starting at $1,400
I am now accepting insurance
- Up to 6 prenatal visits for labor prep and to help establish your goals for birth and Doula support
- Assistance in the curation and finalization of your birth plan
- On Call support 24/7 at 35 weeks of your pregnancy
- In-home labor support and/or at the hospital whenever you are ready
- Assitance in knowing when to move to the hospital
- Assistance during labor through the championing and carrying-out of your birth plan and goals
- In-person Doula care once labor begins, no matter how long the labor may last
- If desired, Doula is present through, and able to assist in babys first feeding
- Physical, informational and emotional support throughout the entirety of your labor
- A postpartum in-home visit to connect, for any questions and to check in on family
